Keep your vines supported and off the ground with this sturdy, reusable system. Vine Buddy gives you the reliable base your lower-and-lean setup needs without the hassle of homemade fixes

Each setup includes two ground springs and one 24″ ½″ EMT rod to support vines. It integrates easily with Qlipr and other trellis systems so your tomatoes, cucumbers, and other vine crops never touch the ground.

How to Set Up Your Vine Trellis Support

Push each pair of springs firmly into the soil about 24” apart, making sure the tops are level to create a straight line of support. Slide the 24” EMT bar between the springs to form a stable horizontal base for your vines. Space each VineBuddy setup evenly down the row to provide consistent support for every plant. This setup works especially well with lower-and-lean systems.

Care and Storage 

After harvest, remove the EMT bars and springs, brush off excess soil, and store them in a dry location. One bundle is designed to cover a standard trellis run, and multiple bundles can be added as your growing space expands. Proper off-season care will keep your VineBuddy system ready to use year after year.
