This is a blend we highly enjoy and wanted to share it with you! We are constantly roasting and sampling coffee and end up a few extra ounces here and there. This is a blend of those beans. We love that the flavors are always new as most of us here love variety and this is exactly that! 

We do warn that every bag will be different so don't get too attached. 

there will not be a roast date on the bag as it’s hard to figure that out with this type of blend  in general it’s 0-5 days old when it goes out

Roasted Fresh Daily. Usually ships same day with 1-5 day shipping. We roast on a fluid bed air roaster. This means less acidity for people with sensitive stomachs. Cleaner, no hydrocarbons or charring. Questions are welcomed! We love coffee and hope you love ours as well.
