A caffeine-free, red powder hailing from the Aspalathus linearis plant native to South Africa. Rooibos is ground into a fine powder using the same process as traditional Japanese matcha. It is low in tannins, rich in antioxidants, and great for making a delicious latte that offers an earthy, grassy, nutty, and sweet flavor. A longer brew time makes for a full bodied and rich flavor to complement its naturally sweet undertones.
