We achieve the classic, toasty burnt caramel flavor of a French roast, yet still retain a certain sweetness. If you like dark-roasted coffee that is typical of the traditional tastes of San Francisco, Seattle, Italy, Puerto Rico, and Brazil, this is the French roast coffee for you.
