OTHER: South American Yellow is an heirloom OP variety that is an excellent corn for popping. The 7 - 9" ears boast 12 - 14 rows of large kernels with thin hulls that pop tender & have a rich buttery flavor. They pop into a mushroom shape & have a bit of a lovely golden yellow coloration. With 2 - 3 ears per stalk, it's possible to harvest up to a pound per stalk!
