OTHER: Redventure Celery is quite beautiful with its combination of red stalks in a range of shades from burgundy to golden pink with green leaves that make it very showy in the vegetable garden! In addition to being so lovely, red celery has a richer flavor than green celery. Redventure is an open-pollinated cross between Giant Red & Ventura. It is more tender than & has a better texture than the Giant Red while keeping the brilliant coloration. The plants are very cold hardy & disease resistant, & will produce lots of large, tender, crisp stalks.
