OTHER: The Fortune Rhododendron Shrub is a native of China that was long ago introduced to the US back in the mid 1800s. Rhododendrons are evergreen with large thick dark green shiny leaves. Rhododendron fortunei is both more heat & cold tolerant than most rhododendrons. They are extremely popular because they are extremely ornamental :) In spring, the bushes are absolutely covered in clusters of huge 3 – 4” flowers. The flowers are fragrant with lovely multi-colored pastel buds & blooms, & they offer a long bloom period.
