OTHER: Viroflay is a French heirloom spinach that produces lots of large, wide, oval 10" long smooth leaves. Viroflay has a different flavor than other ‘regular’ spinach. The leaves are very tender, crisp, sweet, meaty, & not at all acidic. It is a cut & come again type that just keeps on giving. The plants tolerate heat well, & are quite prolific & uniform. They are a great gourmet green for market. They are fast growing, making them good for both spring & fall crops. Harvest baby leaves in just 28 days, or mature leaves in just 45 days.
