Leaves: The leaves of the Jacaranda mimosifolia are fern-like and feathery, composed of small leaflets. These leaves are deciduous, meaning they fall off during the winter or dry season.

Flowers: The most striking feature of the Jacaranda mimosifolia is its clusters of vibrant purple-blue flowers. These appear in the late spring and early summer, before the leaves, creating a breathtaking floral display. After the blossoms fall, the tree produces woody, disc-shaped seed pods.

Growth: Jacaranda trees prefer full sun and well-drained soil. They are relatively drought-tolerant but perform best with regular watering.
