It's easy to make your own cough syrup with this DIY Herbal Cough Syrup Kit. It has all of the herbs and dry ingredients you need to make a batch of homemade cough syrup. This herbal cough syrup making kit was formulated to relieve the symptoms of a wet cough.
Simply combine the dry ingredients with water to make the syrup. Then add raw honey to sweeten and for its benefits.
The dry ingredients will last up to a year in the pouch, so you can store these on the shelf for when you need them. Once made, store the syrup in the fridge for up to 2 weeks or freeze for up to a year.
Use raw honey if available. Children under 1 year should not consume honey. Keep refrigerated after making syrup.
