They are commonly grown as an annual where they are not perennial, blooming very quickly the first year from seed. This hybrid Dwarf Verbena is a low-growing ground cover type. Bees & butterflies such as the beautiful Tiger Swallow will visit the blooms. Plant them in the ground or grow them in containers. They will flourish in the heat of summer, the blooms never fading.
