  • Rinse seeds with cool water 2-3 times daily by filling the jar and draining. Invert the jar at an angle in a bowl to allow for drainage and air circulation.
  • In 5-6 days, your sprouts will be ready to harvest. Drain well before storing in the refrigerator.
